In 1995 he formed The Scott Bechtel Group to offer clients an extensive customer service staff and system. Locally born and raised Scott’s 36+ years in real estate and a degree in marketing has helped him become “Your #1 resource for Real Estate Services”. He is consistently one of the top agents in Champaign County Board of Realtors. Scott was awarded Top Operating Principal for Keller Williams Mid American Region, and has received many sales awards throughout his career. In October of 2006, Scott and six other Investor/REALTORS opened Keller Williams Realty, The Real Estate Center of Illinois, LLC where he is the Operating Principal. Representing both residential and investment clients within The Scott Bechtel Group, he brings a new level of professionalism to your real estate transaction. Scott is also constantly working to add to his knowledge of current market trends both locally and nationwide and then sharing this information with his clients. He is also active on real estate education panels within Keller Williams. A life long resident of the area, Scott is involved in the community and was a past member of The Parkland College Foundation Board, past member, Champaign County Historical Museum and St. Matthew School Steering Committee. Scott is presently a member of the Champaign County Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Scott and his family love Illini sports, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, travel, reading, entertaining and just spending time with family and friends.
